Thank you so much for your advice ! I spoke to you a week or so ago over the phone. My computer had crashed and turned itself off. You suggested I check my power bar before bringing it in. Well, sure enough, that was the issue. Thank you again! I will be bringing my computer in at a future date for an upgrade!

Holy smokes...the appreciation I have for Dave working on my fried external hard drive and SAVING everything that was on it....no words. I very foolishly had only the one hard drive. Lesson learned! And luckily for Dave, I get to keep years of work and not lose everything. He even came in on his day off to work on recovering what was almost lost. What an amazing team. All my gratitude to IZCO! Five stars are not nearly enough!

Great place. I needed a WIN 10 bootable disc to repair my computer. I called several others in the Valley and was turned away, quoted the same amount as buying a brand new copy, or given a long story as to why it would take days to arrange. IZCO didn't have what I needed when I called, but they managed to make one under an hour and faster than I could trace to their store. Iwas ready to pay a premium after no one else showed interested, they blew me away with great pricing and a little technical coaching before I left. I'll be looking for ways to support these folk.

Excellent service! I shared the computer needs we had at our office and they promptly got back to me with options and quoted pricing. They took care of everything with the installation of the hardware, including download of all software and moving all the files. The quality of the hardware was far superior to what is available at electronic stores for very similar pricing. Great to have this quality of support from a local company.

The service was exceptional. I brought my damaged computer in on the Friday before a long weekend and because I was from out of town, they worked on it through the weekend to save much of my data before I had to leave Campbell River. This company went well beyond good service. I would highly recommend it to anyone
